It is always said that if we do not maintain justice, justice will not maintain us. But what is more important to understand is that mere existence and maintenance of justice is not important, what is important is the existence, maintenance and execution of justice in a procedurally fair manner. Thus the Principle of Natural Justice propagates the idea of ensuring reasonable and fair procedural decision in order to provide equitable justice to the citizens against arbitrary orders which seek to infringe their rights.
